My wife and I are helping a young single mother find and purchase a dependable, economical used car. She saw a 2003 Ford Focus advertised on this dealer's website for $5,995 that seemed a good fit. She went purchase a dependable, economical used car. She saw a 2003 Ford Focus advertised on this dealer's website for $5,995 that seemed a good fit. She went to her bank and got pre-approval for a loan. We drove nearly an hour to Oxmoor Ford, looked the car over and did a test drive. The car, indeed, seemed to be what she was looking for. We asked what the lowest price they would take was. Not only would they not come off the advertised price ( which certainly is the seller's right), but they wanted to tack on an additional $598 fee -- in essence, making the price $6,592! I'm certain they've run this by their lawyers to make sure it's legal, but it strikes me as a really sleazy tactic. I'll have nothing to do with Oxmoor Ford in the future. This "price-inflation" tactic is why I give the dealership low ratings. More

I personally had a great experience working with Mike Konrad at Oxmoor Ford. Not only did I get rid of my demon car that was getting ready to eat into our bank account heavily, he sold me a great 2007 K Konrad at Oxmoor Ford. Not only did I get rid of my demon car that was getting ready to eat into our bank account heavily, he sold me a great 2007 Kia with only 37,000 miles on it!!! And we are rolling into 2012 tomorrow people!!! I would reccomend his services to anyone and everyone, he was great. When I didn't think I could get financed, he got me financed. When I didn't think anyone would even take my trade-in, he did even though I was upside down on my loan. When I didn't think I could afford a newer car, he showed me I could. He is down to earth, he isn't pushy, he knows what he is talking about and doesn't just feed you crap like most car salesman. He actually looks out for your best interest and we appreciated that. If you ever need help and think you're helpless, go to Oxmoor Ford and ask for Mike. We did and we couldn't be happier. My fiance and I will be customers for life. More

Mike Konrad was great all around! He was so down to earth and made us feel like he really cared about our situation and helped us find the best car and give us the best deal that met our financial needs. He worked for hours assisting us and negotiating with the banks to ensure that he gave us the best deal possible. He earned our business in future car needs for our family and anyone else that we may encounter that needs another car. Thanks again Mike you were awesome! You aren't like most car salesmen that just care about the sale, you actually care about the customer and our needs. We know it wasn't easy given our budget issues,etc. but in the end you were able to give us a better car than we had at a price we could afford. We can't thank you enough for how hard you worked to get us in our new car, and we love it! More

I would definitely recommend Oxmoor Ford to others for a great car buying experience. Buying a car is usually a nerve wracking experience but not this time. Great from start to finish. I started looking on the internet for a Ford Fusion. They seemed to have the best selection of late model lower miles cars. They also were cheaper than the other dealers onl internet for a Ford Fusion. They seemed to have the best selection of late model lower miles cars. They also were cheaper than the other dealers online. Mike Devine handled all of my questions and I chose to get pre-approved ahead of time. I was able to complete my purchase in just a couple of hours on my first visit after a few test drives. I traded in a car and was treated fairly. I would recommmend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or late model car. More

They care absolutely nothing about providing good customer service once they have your cash in their pocket. After a used car purchase the registration arrived, but no license plate. The title clerk couldn't be bothered to pull the actual file to see if the paperwork was filled out correctly, or check to see if the plate was there. Emails were opened by others requesting that they follow-up on the issue, but ignored...never an answer. I am a member of a "Ford family" my father was a retiree, so I do show brand loyalty. It was my idea that we go to Oxmoor Ford to get my fiance's car, and we did find something he liked, BUT the lack of customer service will keep me from ever returning, and has left me keeping my mouth shut when my brother recommends Bill Collins Ford since his purchase...and since then, two sisters have also purchased from Bill Collins based on his recommendation. I will pass Bill Collins' name along whenever someone asks if I recommend a dealer, and will be going there for my next purchase, and will be sure to warn others of the issues with Oxmoor Ford. More
