My sales rep was Seth and he along with his manager went the extra mile to get me approved for the car of my dream. I remembered many times being quoted a payment then when it came down to closing the deal, the payment was a bit higher and the F & I manager trying to sell me an additional warranty. I can say for a fact that Richard who closed my deal was as transparent and kind as they come. My payment was exactly as quoted and he stated there was enough warranty left on the vehicle I chose so any additional warranties would be a waste of money. In fact, we spent more time talking about family and sharing stories then we did closing the deal. All and all, I would have to say this was my best experience ever in regards to purchasing a vehicle and would recommend Oxford Chrysler to anyone regardless of their credit situation. More
