I brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson in one month ago for an oil change, tire, rotation, and repair on the splash guard underneath. I had an appointment, and came back 2 1/2 hours later. I still had to wait alm oil change, tire, rotation, and repair on the splash guard underneath. I had an appointment, and came back 2 1/2 hours later. I still had to wait almost an hour for my car, and the splash guard was never fixed, nor the tire rotation done! I spoke to someone who stated that they would order the parts which would be ready in “3 to 5 days.“ I called today, apparently they were never ordered! I was told that they can’t keep employees, but that is not my problem. I paid cash for a Hyundai in Oxendale, this is my third Hyundai. I expect good service when it is included with my car! More

$1600 repair after a "missed" oil leak during their so called "100 point inspection" 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, they won't stand behind the vehicle they sold. Over charged me by 60% on my oil change Quoted me a "special deal" on an oil change of $30. Then charged $20. for shop supplies,. like oil and filter. Before the service I asked him what "shop supplies" included, he said seat and carpet covers and drain plug gasket, not a word about oil or filter. Find another dealer. Better now than befire I would recommend now since they have made changes to their management. Under the old one they were crooked. Friendly staff I walked in only wanting to test drive a car, walked out with a car. The staff was friendly and eager to help me out as best as they could.
