We came in with no appointment and a “Check Engine Light” that had just come on. They immediately ran a diagnostic and let us know that the problem was serious and we shouldn’t continue to drive our truck. O that had just come on. Our transmission needed rebuilt and we don’t live locally—we’re from Nevada, staying nearby at an RV resort for a limited time. Staff at this location worked very quickly to order parts and get our warranty repairs done, while also providing a rental vehicle so that we still had a means of transportation. Everything they did for us was above and beyond our expectations, in terms of communication and efficiency, and they made it so much less stressful for us to go through such a major issue. We primarily talked to and worked with Steve and Jayson and we can’t recommend them or this service department highly enough. More
