We were there to see one particular vehicle but found it newer and beyond our price point. There was absolutely no pressure to "explore" the possibilities of extending our budget and actually reached out to another dealer to inquire about THEIR ability to satisfy our needs after we left. As it turns out, we were so impressed that we returned a month later and struck an awesome deal on the car we originally thought we couldn't afford. Thanks to Hawaiian Ray and Joe! More

Ultimately satisdied Eventually resolved front end noise issue that was result of some sort of accident that was not disclosed at time of purchase. When confronted with failure to disclose, dealership made reasonable effort to satisfy my concerns for safety of vehicle. Dealership eventually agreed to replace damaged suspension components that were apparent cause of noise. Resolution was reasonable considering my failure to run car fax prior to agreeing to purchase, but dealer should likewise have offered car fax detail sheet to eliminate any questions regarding vehicle's actual condition. Personnel generally good to work with. Derek Womack is outstanding mechanic and service manager. Goes the extra mile to ensure overall safety and condition of the vehicles he services.. More

What Happened to Honesty? I visited the dealer and dealt with the manager, Steve. I looked at a Toyota RAV 4 and Steve told me "we have the Carfax." I bought the car without I visited the dealer and dealt with the manager, Steve. I looked at a Toyota RAV 4 and Steve told me "we have the Carfax." I bought the car without looking at the Carfax trusting that they would only sell cars with a clean Carfax. So much for trust. The car had a line of rust on the bottom of the door, not usual for Toyotas, but again, I was still trustful. I had the car fixed at Maaco and it cost me $300. Several months later I traded in the car and was quoted a price that was fair. Then the dealer showed me a Carfax indicating the car had been in an accident several years before. The offer was then lowered by several hundred dollars. I went back to Steve and I told him that I was at fault for not looking at the Carfax. He replied "you were not at fault for not asking to see the Carfax and Oxendale was not at fault for not showing it to you. Integrity? You be the judge! More
