The service department is terrific except the female service tech who had no idea what features my edge had. I told her the problem and she was trying to tell me how my tailgate should function. Needless to say this is the second edge I've had and I know perfectly well how the tailgate should work. She's lucky she's not on the sales floor because nobody would buy anything from her. I'm not the first customer who isn't happy with her. Now if you ask me about Pat or Bruce that is a completely different story. They both are respectful of the buying power women have. I do so miss seeing Dale Johnson when I stop. He was one in a million and will never be replaced. I will continue to be use Owatonna Ford (will always be the name to me).
