He said Just rip it off! I traveled 16 miles & the fix was hanging down again before I left the shop! Another service technician looked at it as I again had to lay on the floor to point out slack. Chris was excellent on the refix putting in larger bolts. Unbelievable poor attention by floor managers with zero customer service. More

I had a 1:00 o’clock appointment to do what I was told would take 30 minutes to take care of. A recall problem! An hour and a half later I was still waiting!!! I had to complain to get it finished!!! I will not go to Owatona Ford again, and I will be buying my new truck somewhere else!! More

He helped me with trading our Lincoln car for a Chrysler van when no one else would!! We had 3 kids at the time and needed the room and a vehicle to handle our growing family plus a car seat my 3 year old couldn’t wiggle out of and the Chrysler had a five point built in harness which is exactly what we needed!! I bought a dodge durango and it was not cleaned very well before I left the dealer and had I been a more forceful I would have demanded it be cleaned better. Not real impressed will most likely take my vehicle to ford dealer in waseca or faribault in the future! More
