I was quoted $725 to replace 2 tire pressure sensors. We called a different garage and were quoted $215 to replace all 4 sensors for parts and labor. We went that route instead and saved over $1000. I doubt we will go back to Owatonna Ford for service or to purchase a vehicle. I have always had good luck before Cris worked there. More

The Wagoneer wouldn't start, so it was towed to the dealer. Fortunately, the vehicle was already scheduled for a warranty service the following week. However, I had to arrange and request my own loaner dealer. Fortunately, the vehicle was already scheduled for a warranty service the following week. However, I had to arrange and request my own loaner vehicle. The truck they provided was worn down and dirty. Once we got the vehicle back with a "clean bill of health," we experienced issues just a few days later. Dissatisfied with the service, we took our vehicle to a different branded dealership. The so-called "clean bill of health" turned out to be inaccurate, as the auxiliary battery was disconnected, and the new dealership tested it as faulty. The experience at the second dealership was much better—they not only fixed the issues but also provided a loaner vehicle of the same body style that was much cleaner. Because of this experience, I will no longer go to Owatonna Ford for purchasing, servicing, or even using the family discount (since a relative works there). More
