Good prices, fair trade in values This was my third new car purchase with Overturf, this time moving from Audi to VW (since they are no longer the Audi dealership in town). I'd been b This was my third new car purchase with Overturf, this time moving from Audi to VW (since they are no longer the Audi dealership in town). I'd been by the Audi and BMW dealerships and for a mere $20k more could have purchased a sprite but frankly over-techno'd Audi or a bland and uninspiring BMW. And in both cases, they were willing to give me $2500 less than Overturf on a very high-end crossover. I knew it was time to give Overturf a chance at turning me into a VW owner, which they did with an incredible incentive and fair trade in for my Audi. No hassle, very personable (sales staff came out to say hi when they saw me on the lot working with one of the newer sales reps). And did I mention I'm female? No gender bias here; I was treated like any other gear-head-wannabe that does business with them. That means a lot to women who get tired of the "invisible experience" that sometimes comes with buying a car. Great place, fair pricing, good people. More

Finding a Q7 that met our requirements was not easy as there is a lack of supply at this time. We searched all dealerships in the state and Overturf had the one we wanted. We visited the dealership to inspect the vehicle and there was no high pressure salesmanship. In fact we completed the negotiation via email which was perfect for us since we live 80 miles from there. Our salesperson, Jen, was very patient and understanding and most importantly completely transparent during the process. She spent a lot of time with us going over the bells and whistles included with this luxury SUV. And they gave us a fair value for our trade in. I only had one problem and that was my down payment was on a credit card and they only accept 5000 on a credit card. I had to leave and get a money order to finish the transaction. Nobody asked me if I was putting down a down payment until the paperwork showed I was borrowing the full amount. I was using USAA car buying service and borrowing from USAA. Other than that small bit of confusion, it was a great experience and the car sold for a very nice price. More
