Found the exact car I wanted over the internet (AutoTrader). Thru emails, Hans took the time to answer all my questions, resolve concerns. We arrived at a reasonable price. I flew out, Hans pic (AutoTrader). Thru emails, Hans took the time to answer all my questions, resolve concerns. We arrived at a reasonable price. I flew out, Hans picked me up at the airport, drove me back to OP, and I looked over the car. He offered to let me take it for a "spin" (I didn't have to ask). The car was all that I expected and more. Friendly, fast, efficient service, deal transacted very quickly and easily. I drove the vehicle home (1150 miles) without a hitch. Vehicle performed admirably. Great person to deal with, great company to work with, great vehicle! More
I was in the market for a car. Unlike a lot of people, the pool of cars I could chose from is limited because I was looking for a manual transmission. I did find a car that I thought could fit all my need the pool of cars I could chose from is limited because I was looking for a manual transmission. I did find a car that I thought could fit all my needs. When I was looking, I had already sold my car, so I was definitely looking to buy one soon. I went into Overland Park Imports on a Sunday. They had a board up saying that they only entertained people with appointments on Sundays. I saw two gentlemen talking. I politely asked one of them, assuming he was the sales person, if it was ok to talk about some cars today because I had not made an appointment. He replied, "Oh yes, that board has been up there for ages". I told him that I had emailed about a car and wanted to only look at that one. He gave the keys to me and said I could look at it. I looked and it looked clean and good. What more can you do at this point? I went to him and he said, do you want to buy it? I was a little surprised. I said, well, I like it, can I take it for a test drive? He said I could if I wanted to buy it? I didn't make a lot of it. To reassure him, I told him I want to buy a car soon since I currently dont have one and I have narrowed it down to 2. One of them being an Acura TL. He started talking crap about the 2005 Acura TL, which I still understood. He rudely tells me, why dont you test drive the Acura and then come back? May be I will get a test drive then. I asked him, how can I make a decision without test driving it? In a very non nonchalant tone, he said he cant let anyone who comes by test drive it? Go look at the Acura and come back. Forgive me, but, at this point I was offended. I didn't know if he judge me because I came in to look at the car alone and I am young? I am 27, but, probably look 24. I hate to say this, the thought of him racially profiling me also breezed through my mind. Throughout the conversation, he didnt seem welcoming or respectful. I have owned 13 cars, so I know a thing or two about salesman and car dealers More
Saw a white 2005 jaguar online that met our expectations. After a couple phone calls, questions answered we made a deal, sight unseen. Flew to Kansas City, Bill picked me up, went to OP, finished paperwork. After a couple phone calls, questions answered we made a deal, sight unseen. In a matter of less than 48 hours, we were able to look over their inventory select a candidate car, test drive it, come home and complete our due diligence, notify our Credit Union of the impending purcha over their inventory select a candidate car, test drive it, come home and complete our due diligence, notify our Credit Union of the impending purchase, and have all the necessary loan app documentation in the Credit Union's hands. In our experience, this has been an exceptional experience. Seldom have we had all the pieces and parts of a car purchase handled as effectively and timely as was this one. More
