This company doesn’t even deserve one star. I understand we have a very unique situation which prevented us from taking delivery of the truck we purchased. This dealership has us promised multiple times that they would return the funds they received from our lender but have yet to do so. This is after we received in writing that they “consider this purchase null and void.” There seems to be no level of independent decision making at this dealership as no one will take any action on our behalf without “talking to the owner” (who we still have yet to speak with). This dealership prides itself on virtual shopping experiences with vehicle delivery. This has not been true for us. Even in the purchase process we could not get a straight answer as to when they could deliver the truck. It was only after multiple calls that we were notified the truck was stolen. Understanding our situation is unique, it’s hard to comprehend how returning funds could take 6 weeks (and counting). Please use extreme caution when dealing with them. More
