Able to fit me in I originally called with a battery/charging issue with my 15 Soul. Even though at first I was told they had no appointments available to 9/5 they fit I originally called with a battery/charging issue with my 15 Soul. Even though at first I was told they had no appointments available to 9/5 they fit me in because of the nature of the repair. Janine was our service advisor and she was awesome to work with. Everything went well. The time it took to do the oil change and inspection was exceptable. Things were preformed what I requested that had to be done. They even realized that my inspection was due by th change and inspection was exceptable. Things were preformed what I requested that had to be done. They even realized that my inspection was due by the end of the next month. I was not aware of this because of it being a new car and registration is different from the inspection. All my questions were answered and I understood them. The cost of the things that were done was explained and understandable, as they always are. More

I called Outten Kia to start getting service there. When I gave him (Jim Henne) the vin # of my vehicle he told me it had an open recall on the alternator. He had the car picked up the next morning at my wi I gave him (Jim Henne) the vin # of my vehicle he told me it had an open recall on the alternator. He had the car picked up the next morning at my wife's place of work and had the alternator replaced and her car back to her before she was done work. This dealer has gone above and beyond especially since they aren't the dealer that sold me the car. More

This dealership goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied with their vehicles. I know that my car is in good hands when it is being worked on.
