The staff is extremely welcoming from the moment you walk through the doors. Buying a new vehicle and making a large purchase can be intimidating, in my opinion. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED! No surprise, here's a prime example of why: My Father purchased a new truck in October, 2021. He put thousands down, and traded an old car. He died unexpectedly less a prime example of why: My Father purchased a new truck in October, 2021. He put thousands down, and traded an old car. He died unexpectedly less than 30 days later, before a payment was ever due. The transaction had barely finalized, and he never got to drive the vehicle besides from the lot. The vehicle was financed solely in his name. We ultimately surrendered the truck back to the bank, naturally, without issue, but you won't believe what Outten "offered" us.. what a joke, so unprofessional and heartless. When handling the estate for his surviving wife, I contacted them about the truck. Multiple employees that I dealt with exhibited the utmost unprofessional, and heartless sentiments, instead of wanting to work with me on this. Starting with the salesperson, LT (Yaniv Shayo), I was presented an offer to PAY THEM a thousand dollars more, to have them take back the truck. Can you believe that? I was trying to see if I could bring back the truck and recoup some of the down payment for my mother, his wife. (I didn't even ask to get the trade-in vehicle back, and I even offered to negotiate taxes/fees out of my own pocket, to help her get that money back). They already had their trade-in vehicle, the six-thousand dollars cash, and then wanted to have the truck, back to re-sell it, AND another thousand from us? Unbelievable. LT and the financial department (James Sophy) wanted us to go away, ignored both our calls, and gave us the run-around rather than having the heart or good faith towards customers at a time when someone was most vulnerable (losing a spouse, tragically). Later we got ahold of a sales manger, Jeff, who after much negotiation and evasion, offered to buy us out of the financed amount. Again, claiming the trade in vehicle and the down payment were unrecoverable. How quickly they were to offer us the exact amount financed, but not even a single dollar more, out of kindness, from the down payment that was surrendered less than thirty days prior. They could have easily offered a few thousand, or even split the difference, giving her some of her down payment back (it was only six thousand dollars, on a forty thousand dollar truck). It was their choice, not to. Still, they continued to act like they were doing my father's grieving widow a favor by taking back the truck, just to be able to re-sell it again (and keeping their down payment, and trade-in vehicle). The sales and financing team is NOT looking out for the customer, or backing their business with a promise of good faith, as the BBB requires. It's no wonder they are NOT BBB accredited, or ever will be. BEWARE BUYING FROM OUTTEN!!!! More
