From the moment Don walked out of the showroom Door he was completely professional. He answered all my questions & had great knowledge of all the vehicles was looking at & he also asked me questions of wh was completely professional. He was comfortable to talk to without feeling any pressure ,looked down upon or talked into something if your not ready to purchase. I spent close to 1hr looking a cars & truck Friday & felt satisfied enough with Don that o went down Saturday morning & bought a Chevy trax for my daughter which she is absolutely thrilled with it . We have had nothing but great service and experiences over the years and we thank Outten for the exceptional service.
