The purchasing process went smoothly, however, I was lead to believe that there was a second key for this used vehicle. I placed a deposit on Saturday and picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. I asked about the second key on Saturday and was put off. I asked about the key upon arrival on Tuesday and was put off until after finalizing the financing. After everything was completed, I asked for the key and was told there wasn't a second key. I am certain it was known there was no second key when I arrived on Tuesday if not sooner. May not seem like a big deal, an approximately $300 dollar key on a $30,000 plus vehicle, but it is to me and why the deception? More
