Andy was very professional and customer focused as we tried to identify a problem with a "check engine " light and come up with a solution. My wife and I received a sales flyer in the mail and decided it was time to trade in our used 2006 Malibu (also purchased at Outten) and upgrade to a NEW 2012 Malibu. Price of vehicle was listed on their website. I called to confirm and they told me it was the set price. I went all the way there with the intention of spending $20,000 and they told me it was a mistake. It confirm and they told me it was the set price.
