As I do with anything I researched the car I was looking for, when I entered Outten, Scott approached me and greeted me warmly, then I told him exactly what I was looking for. After the test drive we returned to the dealership and he got paperwork together. The whole process was smooth, there was no pressure from any quarter in the dealership, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Chevy. More
