We were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked into the dealership. My husband went to Outten with my 25 year old son to check out the new Chevy Spark. They were both so impressed with the features on a standard Model that my son made the deal that night. When I saw the brochure on the car, I was also impressed by the looks and the features for the money. At the time I was driving a 2011 Tucson, but joked with my husband that I would not mind driving around in the new little Spark. November 10th was my 55th Birthday, so my husband went back the day after my son bought his car and he bought me a 2013 Red Chevy Spark with the black & red interior. I was thrilled!!!!! Our salesman, Mark Speece was extremely helpful as well as Stacey Kissinger, the Customer Relations Manager. When I went to pick my new Spark up, they had a big silver bow on it. I was elated!!!! They answered all our questions from start to finish and continued by telling us that we could stop in any time with any other questions that we might have in the future. Mark & Stacey even took a picture of both my son & I with our new 2013 Sparks and emailed it to us. Andy was very professional and customer focused as we tried to identify a problem with a "check engine " light and come up with a solution. Initially the problem could not be identified because the trou tried to identify a problem with a "check engine " light and come up with a solution. Initially the problem could not be identified because the trouble code had been cleared by my son. A few hours later while we were still in the area the trouble light came on again. I called Andy and told him that it was now on again. He had us stop back and he quickly got us in and identified the problem and came up with a solution. My wife and I received a sales flyer in the mail and decided it was time to trade in our used 2006 Malibu (also purchased at Outten) and upgrade to a NEW 2012 Malibu. Even though we arrived on a Saturd decided it was time to trade in our used 2006 Malibu (also purchased at Outten) and upgrade to a NEW 2012 Malibu. Even though we arrived on a Saturday after sales hours had ended, Scott McShaw approached us with a smile and offered to help us out if he could. He was very friendly and gracious and helped us get an EXCELLENT deal on our new car. Between Scott and Andy, and even with very little equity in our trade, they beat my monthly payment cap by $15/month! Everyone listed went the extra mile and above and beyond for us to make the deal happen and are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great Job! And Thank you! More

Price of vehicle was listed on their website. I called to confirm and they told me it was the set price. I went all the way there with the intention of spending $20,000 and they told me it was a mistake. It confirm and they told me it was the set price. I realize it was a bait and switch because even after I was there, the price remained the same on their website. Outten Chevrolet, you should honor prices that you post and become a reputable dealership!!!!! More
I made several telephone inquiries in regards to purchasing a new Chevrolet 2500 Silverado HD last month. I wasn't certain which model, etc. I was interested in purchasing at that time. Rob Ketrow suggested several models, colors, etc. that were in stock. He only telephoned when new information arose. Finally, we sat down and located a model and then negotiated a purchase price. I arrived late today but everyone was waiting and the process was completed without difficulty. Professional Sales Staff (Rob Ketrow) and support personnel today made the purchase procees and delivery process a "no hassle" experience. More
WOW! Bought my Grand Am,(Betsyette) at Outten 8 years ago. Betsyette was tired and ready to be retired with many thanks to the service dept. for keeping her healthy through the years.
