Kevin and the other employees were fantastic. The only reason I gave the quality of work a 4 was because the front light was out in the car when it was sold to me. However, they set up an appointment immediately for it to be fixed, and the cost was nothing, which was honest of them. The friendliness of the Outten atmosphere was so very welcoming, and my overall experience was a memorable one. Being the stickler and frugal buyer that I am, nearly $19,000 for a car was staggering to me, but for a NEW car, I thought it was a fantastic deal. I recommend this dealership to everyone! More

Took my car in for service when the check engine light came on. They said that it would take about an hour. Two hours later they still weren't done and still had no answers. I told them I had to get ba came on. They said that it would take about an hour. Two hours later they still weren't done and still had no answers. I told them I had to get back to work and scheduled this based on the amount of time they said. Told them if they has a loaner I could use they could keep the car and finish working on it and trying to figure out the problem. The manager told me they don't give loaners and I needed to make arrangements for a car of reschedule. I paid the bill for the 2 hours and had no answer except there is some sort of leak by the gas tank. Tried to reschedule based on days I had off. Of course all the days I had off they were closed. This went on for about 6 months, and now it's time to get my car inspected which I can't do without getting it fixed. Called Outten again to schedule and discuss time frame. They told me I could rent a car from them at $25 a day and $10 a day for insurance, $35 a day to rent a car from them so they can fix my car. Thanks but no thanks. Any good dealership would stand by the cars they sell. My car is a 2007 and has 60k miles on it. This car has had problems since day one and anytime I took it to them they always said there was no problems and it was the way I drove the car. Day after I finally got my car back from getting it inspected I got a recall in the mail on the same problem. Outten never said a word from this. Amazing. Will never recommend Chevy or Outten to anyone. More

We were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked into the dealership. My husband went to Outten with my 25 year old son to check out the new Chevy Spark. They were both so impressed with the features o the dealership. My husband went to Outten with my 25 year old son to check out the new Chevy Spark. They were both so impressed with the features on a standard Model that my son made the deal that night. When I saw the brochure on the car, I was also impressed by the looks and the features for the money. At the time I was driving a 2011 Tucson, but joked with my husband that I would not mind driving around in the new little Spark. November 10th was my 55th Birthday, so my husband went back the day after my son bought his car and he bought me a 2013 Red Chevy Spark with the black & red interior. I was thrilled!!!!! Our salesman, Mark Speece was extremely helpful as well as Stacey Kissinger, the Customer Relations Manager. When I went to pick my new Spark up, they had a big silver bow on it. I was elated!!!! They answered all our questions from start to finish and continued by telling us that we could stop in any time with any other questions that we might have in the future. Mark & Stacey even took a picture of both my son & I with our new 2013 Sparks and emailed it to us. Andy was very professional and customer focused as we tried to identify a problem with a "check engine " light and come up with a solution. Initially the problem could not be identified because the trou tried to identify a problem with a "check engine " light and come up with a solution. Initially the problem could not be identified because the trouble code had been cleared by my son. A few hours later while we were still in the area the trouble light came on again. I called Andy and told him that it was now on again. He had us stop back and he quickly got us in and identified the problem and came up with a solution.
