We were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked into the dealership. My husband went to Outten with my 25 year old son to check out the new Chevy Spark. When I saw the brochure on the car, I was also impressed by the looks and the features for the money. At the time I was driving a 2011 Tucson, but joked with my husband that I would not mind driving around in the new little Spark. November 10th was my 55th Birthday, so my husband went back the day after my son bought his car and he bought me a 2013 Red Chevy Spark with the black & red interior. I was thrilled!!!!! Our salesman, Mark Speece was extremely helpful as well as Stacey Kissinger, the Customer Relations Manager. When I went to pick my new Spark up, they had a big silver bow on it. I was elated!!!! They answered all our questions from start to finish and continued by telling us that we could stop in any time with any other questions that we might have in the future. Mark & Stacey even took a picture of both my son & I with our new 2013 Sparks and emailed it to us. Andy was very professional and customer focused as we tried to identify a problem with a "check engine " light and come up with a solution. Price of vehicle was listed on their website. I called to confirm and they told me it was the set price. I went all the way there with the intention of spending $20,000 and they told me it was a mistake. It confirm and they told me it was the set price. I realize it was a bait and switch because even after I was there, the price remained the same on their website.
