There were no sales people pushing stuff at me. The man I dealt with listened to me and what my needs were for a truck and then showed me what he had to offer. He knew all the options, features and axle ratios etc. I was there a few times before I found a truck that was exactly what I wanted. At no point was I pressured to buy. Since then the truck has been great and I am very happy. More

But the ones that I found at outdoors were actually nice for the price. I also liked the fact that the employees actually about the trucks. Axles ratios, options etc. Anyway the truck I bought has been great for me and I am very satisfied. More

Great deal on a solid truck I am very happy!! I have been driving past this place for over twenty years now. I have never needed to stop since I have always bought new vehicles and they sell used I have been driving past this place for over twenty years now. But with the price of new trucks going so high I cant even justify buying one I decided too look around for a used truck after turning in my lease. I looked all over Akron and Cleveland and I have to say Outdoors Unlimited had the best condition trucks for the price that I saw anywhere. The seller was very knowledgeable about the trucks, the prices were more than fair, they got me financed for a good rate, its been three months since I bought and I really could not be more satisfied. In a few years when I am tired of this truck I will be back for another!! More

3 Truck in 5 years for my family very very happy!!! I just bought my third truck from Outdoors Unlimited. I bought the first one three years ago for myself it was an F250 and it was the cleanest one I f I just bought my third truck from Outdoors Unlimited. I bought the first one three years ago for myself it was an F250 and it was the cleanest one I found after going to several dealers in the area. It has been a great truck for me. Two years later when my son wanted a truck to drive we bought a Chevy Silverado and it was the same thing. Compared to all the other dealers trucks this Silverado was not only the cleanest and most rust free one we could find in the area, but it was priced about $2000 less then most of the other dealers. I just bought truck three from them for our daughter and she loves it!! Jeff is a wealth of knowledge about trucks it is amazing he can look at the tags on the truck and tell you axle ratios and options. He showed me where to look to see if a Chevy / GMC truck is a real Z71 and how to tell for real if a truck has a factory tow package. My wife and family are extremely pleased and will be customers for life! More

False Advertising! Buyer, beware!!!!!!! My husband and I are business owners from Pittsburgh, looking for a truck to plow our yard. Over the weekend on Craigslist we saw an ad stating this My husband and I are business owners from Pittsburgh, looking for a truck to plow our yard. Over the weekend on Craigslist we saw an ad stating this company had a dump truck for sale. The ad stated that the truck had a "low" 61,000 miles on it. We also went to their website and the same numbers appeared as far as the mileage, year of the truck etc. After driving over two hours we got to this establishment and my husband looked over the truck. I asked for a copy of the CarFax because the owner gave a VIN number in his ad, but when I ran it at home the report did not come up (wrong VIN number????) The owner "reluctantly" went and copied a Car Fax on the truck because I insisted on reading it, and it stated that in June of 2013 there was almost 68,000 miles on the truck!!!! Nothing was reported after that. So the guy told us the truck sat for a year and a half....right! It was still 7,000 miles over what his ad stated this past weekend as the correct mileage today--- a year and a half ago! This truck's odometer had been replaced or tampered with!!!!! The owner tried to cover it all up by saying that Car Fax was not always reliable. Untrue!!! Ironically, we got back home tonight and looked at his ad again. The ad now says that the truck has a low 87,000 miles on it! Strange, when we were there just today, my husband looked directly at the odometer and it was in the low 61,000 mile range (just as the original ad stated.) I saved a copy of the ad from the weekend to compare.......we were appalled and promptly walked out!!! The odometer reading gained a whopping 26,000 miles in just a couple of hours showing in their "new ad"! Watch out! I'm sure the actual odometer doesn't read 61,000 miles anymore! WHY!!!! BEWARE!!! ' More
