Great dealership, excellent service, good experience' I have never taken the time to fill out the surreys sent to me after buying my Honda CRV or even after I go in for routine maintenance. However I must say that I owe it to the wonderful team of the Laurel Honda 3371 Laurel Fort Meade Road. MD. I must say It started with Jimmie Powell when I though I could not afford a brand new vehicle. Jimmie took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy.I feel like Family every time I visit. I can call him anytime to get advice and he is always full of information to solve my issues. For services CJ is so helpful he always take the time to make sure I knew how everything work like a brother would great customer service. Carla took care of me on my last visit and she really looked out for me specially helping when the van took me to the mall while my car was being service “ Just Awesome! ” Great people to deal with.My experience with Honda is nothing but excellent and I will always recommend them to any potential buyer. More

The car wanted the full "B" service, but I didn't want to pay for them to change the air filter, so I specifically specified B1 and B3 service. I verified by both the confirmation and reminder emails that only what we wanted was to be performed. My wife dropped the car off and they upsold her on the filter change that I had explicitly excluded and it was obvious from the writeup that we didn't want it. While it is partly my fault for not re-iterating to my wife I didn't want the filters changed, it was obvious from our appointment request that I didn't want the filter change. I contacted the service manager afterwards and was assured that the service advisor would contact me in one business day. One week later, I've had to contact the service manager again with the same assurance the advisor would contact me again and still nothing from the service advisor. I will not be back. More
Bad car service I took my car for oil change , after I drove it for about 5K my engine start making crank noise and its Honda accord 2014 with 50k miles only, I check I took my car for oil change , after I drove it for about 5K my engine start making crank noise and its Honda accord 2014 with 50k miles only, I checked the oil and it was empty I realized that they didn't put oil when they drained it, I took it back to them and told them i wana be present when they check the car , they took the car and they didn't call me , after an hour i told them i want my car back to take it to different dealer to look at it, when i took it to another dealer they checked the oil and they told me an oil was added for only two quarts , I will never take my car back to this dealer again, me and my wife both have Honda we are going to sell them and get German cars because all German car dealer service are excellent . More

Put air filter in backwards and trans fluid done wrong My wife went to this dealership to have her service done and it turns out they did a terrible job! First the air filter was put in backwards, and this My wife went to this dealership to have her service done and it turns out they did a terrible job! First the air filter was put in backwards, and this led to some terrible odors in the car. Secondly the transmission fluid was improperly flushed and we has to get it flushed again! We had to do a second service at another dealership because of their mistakes. I don't know if they were in a rush, but they cost us a log of money. Never going here again. More
Service was done incorrectly, other dealership found issues! I took my car for service here in May 2017. I needed oil change, transmission flush, and brake fluid flush. All three were performed with a multi poin I took my car for service here in May 2017. I needed oil change, transmission flush, and brake fluid flush. All three were performed with a multi point inspection. Today, I took my car to Clarksville Honda and was shown proof that the air cabin filter was put in backwards and extremely dirty. So much for multi point inspection. Also, I had 67K miles on my car in May 2017 and now at 75K I am having to do a transmission flush again. It is an every 30K service. I was shown the proof of how dirty my transmission fluid was. BEWARE: A multi point inspection does not include Cabin filter check and also this dealership only performs services that the computer tells them too. Would assume they would let you know if there were any other services needed. They did a POOR job on my transmission fluid and when I called to confront the manager, he said he would not be able to do anything about it since I did not bring the car into Ourisman to service. (TRYING TO SELL ME poor service again!) His response on the cabin filter is that its in the glove compartment so not part of their multi point inspection. SO IF YOUR COMPUTER DOESNT TELL YOU, they wont even LOOK AT IT. What if you have a faulty computer??? Clearly my cabin filter was put in backwards and no computer told them that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

Even though the service center stop taking cars at 1:00pm on a Saturday afternoon, which Mr. Mike Steers accommodated my with my busy work schedule. Even though the service center stop taking cars at 1:00pm on a Saturday afternoon, which I did not know at the time because the hours on the door stated/printer 7 or 8am to 4pm, he service my car for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me that it would take 2 hours but it took little over an hour. Secondly, I did not have my coupon book and he took care of the issue. Excellent customer service and I placed my coupon book in the glove compartment for the next time and will probably make an appointment the next time. REH More

Few times, I went there for service and ended up leaving with a new car. I like his attitude! In addition, the shop is run by an excellent manager, Mr. Chee, with whom I was able to make deals that were fair to me and the dealership. I would highly recommend to anyone to stop by and look at their cars, etc. More
