My vehicle lost all power suddenly on 495. I towed the vehicle to Ourisman of Laurel and was greeted by a kind service representative named Cortez. Although it was late and the service lane wa I towed the vehicle to Ourisman of Laurel and was greeted by a kind service representative named Cortez. Although it was late and the service lane was closing soon I was treated honestly and fairly without feeling rushed. I was given a loaner car to get home and was told the vehicle would be checked out first thing in the morning. Subsequently I received a call in the morning as promised with a proble cause but further investigation was needed to confirm. Cortez kept in contact with me as the problem was discovered and text me with the issues found and approximate cost. After making my decisions on what to fix with no pressure the work was completed in a timely manner and I picked up my vehicle. Everything is running great. Thank you Ourisman for a good experience. The appointment was easy to schedule and my car was taken in as soon as I arrived at at the dealership. I didn’t want to wait around until the service was completed so the shuttle took me home and picked me in as soon as I arrived at at the dealership.
