If I could give this company negative stars I would. I came in for service regarding a check engine light and squeeking sound when driving. I was quoted around $400 for diagnostic each is ridiculous and well above the industry standard. They said it goes into repair so I okayed thinking, okay maybe the work might cost that much and so my total bill will be around there. They called me back later that afternoon with a diagnosis and asked me if I should go ahead with work for $540. I asked over the phone 3 times, to confirm that $540 would be the final price. All 3 instances were affirmed. I felt like this was super high for this work, but I okayed it. When I went to pick up the vehicle the next day, the invoice was over $900. I was lied to over the phone. After back and forth they took off $100 but they successfully stole $300 from me. I had to give them my card number in order to initiate the refund. I am still awaiting that, so hopeful they don't steal again. It's pure bait and switch robbery. Do not EVER go here. More

This facility is deceptive and negligent. Don't say you weren't warned. Look at their reviews, this shadiness is very clearly a pattern of behavior by GM Isaac Chee and Service Manager Michael Guard. You will be sorry if you come here, simple as that. More

Bad customer service My name is Musiliu Aminu and I just left your dealership few minutes ago. I had an appointment for 11am today June 18 and was on time for my appointme My name is Musiliu Aminu and I just left your dealership few minutes ago. I had an appointment for 11am today June 18 and was on time for my appointment for a service recall on my 2017 Honda Accord. I pulled in to the service bay and a guy directed me to move my car forward and I parked. I was sitting in the car for about 15 minutes and no one approached me with anything, it's my first time and I dont know their operation. I have been to other dealership and usually they approach you in the car, take your key and tell you to go wait. Nothing like that here, so I went inside and no one greeted me and I asked why no one asked me for what brought me in, then one guy said in a very rude way, you have to come inside, how am I supposed to know that being the first time here. Let's just say this is a bad experience and I definitely wont return and wont refer business to anyone I know and I will post my experience online. However I must say that I owe it to the wonderful team of the Laurel Honda 3371 Laurel Fort Meade Road. MD. I must say It started with Jimmie Powell when I though I could not afford a brand new vehicle. Jimmie took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy.I feel like Family every time I visit. I can call him anytime to get advice and he is always full of information to solve my issues. For services CJ is so helpful he always take the time to make sure I knew how everything work like a brother would great customer service. Carla took care of me on my last visit and she really looked out for me specially helping when the van took me to the mall while my car was being service “ Just Awesome! ” Great people to deal with.My experience with Honda is nothing but excellent and I will always recommend them to any potential buyer. The car wanted the full "B" service, but I didn't want to pay for them to change the air filter, so I specifically specified B1 and B3 service. I verified by both the confirmation and reminder emails that only what we wanted was to be performed. My wife dropped the car off and they upsold her on the filter change that I had explicitly excluded and it was obvious from the writeup that we didn't want it. While it is partly my fault for not re-iterating to my wife I didn't want the filters changed, it was obvious from our appointment request that I didn't want the filter change. I contacted the service manager afterwards and was assured that the service advisor would contact me in one business day. One week later, I've had to contact the service manager again with the same assurance the advisor would contact me again and still nothing from the service advisor. I will not be back. More
