Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel - Service Center

I recently had service performed on a brand new Atlas Cross Sport. I bought my car from a different dealer but they were not able to “get me in for 2 weeks!!”. I called Laurel VW, they set me up for t Cross Sport. I bought my car from a different dealer but they were not able to “get me in for 2 weeks!!”. I called Laurel VW, they set me up for the next day. Carlos was the service advisor, he listened as I explained what the issues were, he said they will figure it out and they did! He kept me posted as the technicians worked to diagnose the issues. It was determined a part was needed to be replaced. I waited while the work was completed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning for my scheduled services. More

Had an appointment on Sat, March 23rd, but someone in Service dept scheduled incorrectly for what I needed.
