I pay for dealer service as I trust they have the best technicians and most thorough service. You pay a bit more up front for your service, but I'm sure I have avoided thousands of dollars in potential repairs because of their good service. Give your vehicle the service it deserves and you'll be repaid by years of reliable driving. More

We used not to trust dealers service. But at VW Ourisman of Rockville they will take the time to explain what's needed now and what can wait for a few more months. If during a routine service interval they find something wrong they will invite you to the shop and show you along with the tech or mechanic working on your car the found issue and fully explain your options. Seeing is believing. We cannot see our selves servicing our VWs anywhere else... Thank you Jesus, Alan, Andrei, Mike and Chuck for your honesty and professional friendly service. Samir & Lorie More

Robin regularly updated me through this process, and left me in good hands with Ann when she was out of town. When I picked up the car (which was spotless and already had my DC neighborhood parking sticker), the staff were professional and courteous, and took the time to walk me through the features of my new car. Awful, stay away from them, they lie and steal Worst customer service ever, brought a 2002 beetle for horn repair. Representative named Michael said it will cost $132 for diagnostics and then he wi Worst customer service ever, brought a 2002 beetle for horn repair. Representative named Michael said it will cost $132 for diagnostics and then he will let us know how much the actual repair would be. We asked if the diagnostic fee will go towards the actual repair and he confirmed that it will apply if we decide to fix it with them. After 2 days that the car was in the shop they mentioned it will cost over $800 to fix the horn and the $132 will NOT go towards the repair. We came, spoke to John and other agents and they tried to scam us again, paid the diagnostic fee and ran away from them. Toke it to an independent shop and they fixed everything in an hour for $199. So stay away from them, especially John and Michael , they lie , make up problems that don't exists in the car and very expensive. More
