I arranged childcare on a Saturday afternoon and then drove to see this vehicle. It turned out the AI had been misleading and the car I reached out about was actually at a dealer 55 mins drive away. A second car I had inquired about, was also on a separate lot - and not available to see. The staff member I dealt with seemed dazed and a little confused. He was in the middle of a break (eating and drinking) and was told to deal with us as the person we had an appointment with was busy. When he came over, we thought he was another customer... he wasn't dressed like the other salesmen and seemed irritated. In the end, we felt they were not really interested in selling us a $40k car - so we left - drove 20 mins away to King Kia, and bought a car there. More
On 6/17/24 I contacted your dealership about an about an advertised 2024 Jetta SE with a sunroof in Opal white that you advertised for $22,995. I was contacted that same day by your salesman Nathan Derr. I told him the car was for my son and he was looking to spend a little less. He asked if I would be willing to take the same car in black since it would be cheaper due to an upcharge for the Opal white paint. He said he could get me the car for $21,995, which worked perfectly for us. He said I would have to take a car they had on the lot and they currently had two in black. One with Grey interior and one with Black interior. I asked him to send me pictures and he did. The next day I called him back to finalize the deal and he pretended not to know what I was talking about. I then asked to speak to the General Sales Manager, Mario Meyers, but no one called back. The following day I called and left a message for Mr. Meyers, but no call back! Since then, I have received daily calls from different salesman. Very unprofessional and disingenuous of this dealership. They could have simply called back and said they made a mistake and did not want to sell the car at the price we agreed to or whatever their issue is. I purchased a VW GTI from Ourisman VW of Rockville three months ago. The car is, so far, fine. The way I've been treated since buying it, however, has been obnoxious, inconsiderate, and frustrating. It makes me seriously doubt the honesty and integrity of the business. Because there are many places one could buy a new VW, I'd suggest doing that. The issue arose because of the "extended warranty." Upon purchasing the car, I was told that I could buy this warranty. I was also told that, while I couldn't get the warranty after having already bought the car, I could cancel any time within the first 30 days for a full refund. I therefore bought the warranty, thinking I would use the first month to do my research to see whether I should keep it or cancel it. I did my research and decided I wanted to cancel it. I called the dealership multiple times to ask how I should do that. They kept transferring me to numbers that no one answered, forcing me to leave messages that were never returned. Getting frustrated, I called yet again and told them that they were making it impossible for me to cancel the warranty by never returning any of my calls. They finally gave me an email address and told me I should send a request to cancel to that email address. I did so, within the thirty days, and asked for a confirmation that the warranty would be canceled and the refund issued to me. I waited a week and received no response to the email. I resent the email, again asking for confirmation that the warranty had been cancelled. Again, I received no response. Finally, I had to call yet again. I was once again directed to a voicemail box, and my message was not returned. I then called again (now outside the 30 days). Finally, I reached someone. That person initially tried to deny that I had properly cancelled the warranty, said that I should have been given a form to fill out to cancel the warranty, and insisted that they would have to pro-rate the refund as a result. When I protested and showed the unanswered email that I sent, formally requesting the cancellation of the warranty, he finally relented and said I would receive the refund in four to five weeks. Two months passed since that and I still haven't received the refund. As a result, I embarked, yet again, on another fruitless mission of calling and being forced to leave voicemails that were never answered. I spoke with someone earlier last week and explained my frustration. He said they would call me the following day. They never did. I am currently being forced to file a complaint with the Maryland attorney general's office to get the refund that I am clearly entitled to. That is the only way I can get these jerks to respond to me. In conclusion, these are not the sort of people you want to be dealing with when buying something as significant as a car. I'd look elsewhere. More

I was charged almost an extra grand so I give Brandon a call first thing Monday morning to make him aware he told me he would speak to Kirk from financing and get back to me I waited a few hours before sending a message the response was he did you call you. I didn't get a call back for over a week for him to tell me I have to come back and sign new papers which is a waste of time. The drive there and back is a total of 4 hours seeing I live in wv. So I told him I be there Tuesday after work he said that works he would be there all day I said ok welp I get there and this man had left early for the day which Is frustrating at this point I'm not happy at this point he should have called and rescheduled and that didn't happen just like he told me he would fill my car for coming that was a lie as well as them hand delivering the spare key they couldn't find day of purchase More

It's been inspected twice.3 days ago my radio malfunctioned. My mother recommended that, because of how new the car is I take it back to where I purchased it. My response to her after my ONGOING Ourisman nightmare, They barely sold me a car. I would not trust Oruisman of Rockville to make me a sandwich. Start at phone and email follow up and maybe someday when you're ready you can touch my car. Ourisman was given all the documents 2 weeks in advance. Informed of my need to have most, if not all of the things that to not require my presence done prior to my arrival due to time constraints multiple times, culminating in an email that laid expectations, the cost of the Uber ($112) if things fell through, and identifying my redlines before ending "Your professionals, I trust your judgment. Understanding the dollar amounts I provided that would block me from proceeding, do you recommend I come in on Friday to finish things up? With that info if you say yes, I’ll be there!" I was reassured. I got there at 9am in an Uber after calling to ask why the ride were supposed to arrange had not contacted me and I was told he forgot and asked to get there on my own. I will not leave the dealership until 5:30pm. Lacking Honesty: If the things you'd promised me were done were not done I think its fair to say you're honesty may be questionable. I'd selected a vehicle and over the course of 72 hours prior to the sales date I'd made multiple contacts with my consultant during all of those calls something slipped his mind. When I sat in the chair I was informed that the car I selected was gone. He then began looking over his shoulder and asking if I wanted random cars from the lot. Suspicious, I turned off silence on my phone and sat it on the desk, then went out into the lot and gave him 2 options. Financing is supposed to be largely done. Mastercard Identity Protect is the fastest credit monitoring gun in the west + I thought it hilarious years ago to make my text tone the chorus of "Last Night a DJ Save My Life." If you'd fudged the truth about completing any of this work, i.e. Financing, that you assured me had been done prior to my arrival. Talked to financing to engage them ASAP, then came to let me know it will be a few minutes as they quickly processed credit applications, you'd need to speak a little louder. The Sales consultant, Sales floor manager, finance representative , and the GENERAL MANGER needed to speak up. Mastercard flagging all of he new activity and texting it to me. For 8 hours every time someone at Ourisman was on their way to or in the process of lying to me about financing they needed to speak up because, "Last night a DJ saved my life." Questionable Reliability: Ignoring me having to pay for the Uber they promised me there.Warning! EVERYONE: Get paper version of your vehicle sales documents. No one knows how to operate that fancy tech they are using. When they ask you to set a password during signing allow me to finish what they do not explain. This password will be used to unlock the package that will be emailed to you containing all proof of purchase documents.I know the password I set and its not working I tested and confirmed that ZIP package is corrupted. I identified the issue at 6:30pm 23 days ago and it is still ongoing. For 23 days the car has been parked on the Street. My property manager must have proof of a valid inspection to issue a parking pass. It is inside of the Zip package. I cannot get phone calls returned. Emails go unanswered. This is still happening as of 9/11/22 @ 12:38pm. Thursday of last week, SURPRISE HERO the finance company horrified by what is occurring right now at Ourisman refused to execute the loan. While she couldn't think of a way to get me all 10 documents due to me, she could refuse until I had documents specific to financing. I had a sales contract in 3 minutes. 1 down 9 to go. More
