He was friendly and courteous and eager to make car buying experience as simple and satisfying as possible. He was knowledgeable, experienced and thoroughly discussed the features and options on the Outback I had been looking at. I felt that both the purchase price of the new Outback and the price of my trade-in were very fair and my many questions were quickly answered.
