Great experience My experience at Matt Slap Subaru was amazing. My salesperson, Jeremy H., was personable, authentic and NOT pushy. I purchased my previous vehicle a My experience at Matt Slap Subaru was amazing. My salesperson, Jeremy H., was personable, authentic and NOT pushy. I purchased my previous vehicle about 15 years ago and was somewhat undecided about the type of vehicle to get next. I wanted something reliable, big enough for two growing kids, a dog, weekend trips, and long drives. By the time I arrived at Matt Slap my wishlist had grown to include "bells and whistles" I had heard about and thought would make my family comfortable. Jeremy TOOK HIS TIME and discussed many of the vehicles he thought would fit my needs. He showed me all the "bells and whistles" and was HONEST enough to say that a few of them may not be necessary. Before I selected my Subaru, I was still considering two other vehicles, at other dealerships. Nonetheless, I didn't feel any pressure to select my Subaru. Jeremy discussed the other choices with me and agreed with various pros and cons on my list. I ended up selecting the Ascent. I love it! I have had my vehicle over a month now and waited to complete this survey. I can honestly say that I made the best choice for my family and I and I am glad I went to Matt Slap. More

I was most impressed with the help of Debbie, who took the time to explain ALL the features of the car. My wife and I are not tech saavy, but Debbie made understanding the car features easy. The fact we will be asked back to make sure we understand its operation and the scheduling of our first complimentary service inspection was a first for me. I have leased many cars over a long period and this was by far one of the best experiences I have found. Thanks Ron. More
