I had a problem with coughing every time I got into my Outback. A friend suggested I change the cabin filter. I didn't even know there were such things as cabin filters. He suggested I buy the filter and watch a YouTube to do it myself. I tried that. I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. I took the filter I had bought and went to Matt Slap Subaru. It was such a simple thing that a service center receptionist said she'd do it for me. Within a minute, she informed me that the filter I had bought was the wrong size, and showed me the difference. She walked me to the parts department where I could immediately purchase the correct part, and within two minutes, it was all installed, at no extra charge. NO MORE COUGHING IN MY CAR. I am grateful for Matt Slap Subaru employees, who are kind and helpful and expert at what they do, no matter what needs doing on my car! More
