Melanie was teaching John how to enter information in their computer system. She explained the process clearly and thoroughly. John showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. My tires were adjusted within a few minutes and there was no charge. My family bought our first Subarus many years ago from Matt Slap before we moved out of state. I highly recommend Matt Slap Subaru and highly commend John and Melanie. More

Everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant & helpful. I was asked to ride with someone so they could hear the noise I was hearing. When came to pick up my car after the service dept. had closed helpful. I was asked to ride with someone so they could hear the noise I was hearing. Excellent service department from the people that greet you and take your car to the check in and check out personal. I don’t like to give reviews. Since going to a Dealer for service at times may not be consistently good. It really depends on the technician you get. But my experience SO FAR, with NICK, has been excellent. Any issues I may have he addresses them and makes sure things are done right the first time.
