Both my wife and I were able to come in for separate test drives with no pressure, easy trade-in appraisal process, dealer fees are quite reasonable, paperwork process was on point-took minutes to complete. They matched my current financing no issue. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

I am in customer service myself & what I experienced is not acceptable behavior. I am not a complainer, so if I am unhappy with the service provided there must be others feeling the same way. I think maybe training your service staff (how about courtsey, apologies, etc.) might go a long way. Not sure if you are understaffed, new employees, or something else but that was truly awful.
