It was a Saturday afternoon on a cold frigid day and my car battery stopped working. I was able to get the car started and I drove to the Matt Slap dealership where they were only open a few hours hoping car battery stopped working. I was able to get the car started and I drove to the Matt Slap dealership where they were only open a few hours hoping they could take a look at my car plus I didn’t have an appointment. I got there at 3:30 pm and they closed at 5:00 pm. Serena at the Service Desk greeted me with a smile and she understood my situation. She told me they could fit me in and they would able to get a technician to test my battery where they identified it needed to be replaced. Thank you Matt Slap for assisting me as well as honoring the Costco member 15% off parts, service and accessories coupon. More
