Service is horrible I will never do business with Ramsey Ford again. They have had my car for a whole month tomorrow for a transmission issue that is covered under warran I will never do business with Ramsey Ford again. They have had my car for a whole month tomorrow for a transmission issue that is covered under warranty. They did not touch the car for almost a week and then needed a special tool that took them a week to get. Then the tool was the wrong one so took them another week to get the correct one. Apparently only have one guy that works on transmissions and he is out sick. I am so fed up. Making a payment on a car that I don't even have is beyond irritating especially since I have talked to other places/people and they say it shouldn't take this long. All I get is a Sorry.... More

Stay away Dropped off my truck for bad heads. They put broken parts back on my truck. And told me they knew they were broke . now I have to spend 3 k at another Dropped off my truck for bad heads. Did I mention it took almost 3 months to do what they did. But only two weeks to say they will not participate in repairs . avoid this place at all cost. More

Service department is horrible Took my new truck in for service due to problem with regen. Not only did they not get me in early, my truck sat outside the dealership for over an hour and they said they did not know I was there waiting while they could see me standing around. I have spent allot of money with them and still treated like I don't matter. Found another dealership an hour away where they did not know me and I have never spent money with them and not only did they get me right in, as they told they would, they diagnosed the problem right away even when it did not come up on the computer. I will never use Ramsey ford again. They are nice when buying but horrible at service. They do not respect their customers. More

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! My vehicle was having problems with its transmission, I had no idea what was going on so I called Ramsey Ford and was directed to their service depart My vehicle was having problems with its transmission, I had no idea what was going on so I called Ramsey Ford and was directed to their service department. The gentleman on the phone was so friendly and informative. He explain what he though was wrong with the vehicle and what steps to correct it. I brought my car in and dropped it off with in a few hours I got a phone call with the diagnoses of my vehicle. The service adviser was correct, I was blown away on his knowledge, I gave the okay and later that day my vehicle ran better than before! I can not express how thankful I am that the service department at Ramseys was able to get in me and my vehicle running like new again. I recommend anyone who is having vehicle problems or just needs to get it served to take it to Ramsey Ford in Rising Sun I will forever bring my vehicle here More

He explained everything, what parts needed to be ordered, how long it would take to fix and reassured me my vehicle was in great hands. The next evening I went to pick up my car and it felt brand new again! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who was quality service from such caring and friendly people. I will never take my car any where else and their owner advantage rewards program is a great way to earn money back to use for future services. More
