Best buying experience we've ever had! We were looking at Fords, online, but a pre-owned Chevy, that was at Elkton Ford caught our eyes. We arranged to have it sent to Ramsey Ford, so we co We were looking at Fords, online, but a pre-owned Chevy, that was at Elkton Ford caught our eyes. We arranged to have it sent to Ramsey Ford, so we could have a better look at it. A sales person, Matt Miller, came out to greet us. We took it for a test drive and were interested, but wanted to think about it. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We shopped at other dealerships to check out some new vehicles, but the Chevy was still in the running. After a few days, we made the decision to buy the Chevy. We absolutely HATE buying from dealerships, because of all the games of going back and forth and involving everyone at the dealership in the negotiations. We have walked out of numerous dealerships, in the past, due to high sales pressure, up selling and all the back and forth crap, but that did NOT happen at Ramsey Ford. We worked out a price with the sales person, Matt Miller, and he took it to his manager and the deal was made. Matt took us to see the financial manager, Al Startt, to complete the paperwork. We were using our own financing. Al was very pleasant and explained all the paperwork to us. He explained warranty options, but he did not pressure us to buy anything we did not want. This was absolutely the best dealership buying experience we have ever had! I would highly recommend Ramsey Ford and Matt Miller. I really hope Ramsey keeps this dealership as pleasant as it is because we will be looking at them first the next time we need to purchase another vehicle. More

We weren't sure about the vehicle so we drove up there. I fell in love with the vehicle. the salesman there gave us a great price. but we wanted to have Steve at Rising Sun take care of us. So, they Faxed the paperwork over to Steve and they got the Escape down to Rising sun. the whole experience took maybe 3 hours.
