As for there service department I will tell you that I am appalled how they handle clients. In the past I was greeted rudely but brushed off as maybe a bad day but until recently when I brought our fleet vehicle in about an issue that was prevalent from day one that we had a squealing in the driver side rear brake and was brushed off as morning rust and nothing more to now with 27k that the brakes are so bad that not only do the pads need replacing but rotors were so badly blemished that rotors needed replacement at a price tag of 950+ just for the rears which is insane. When I questioned why this wasn’t addressed when covered under the limited ford warranty when I addressed at 5k 10k etc. they stated we couldn’t mimic issue at time but now it is noticeable. More

We were offered lunch while we were there. They even filled it up with gas. It's about a 45 minute drive from our home but worth it. More
