Aaron Younger has been coordinating and overseeing the repairs and service of our Toyotas as well as my daughter's Toyotas for years. The service department was... **simply atrocious.** When I arrived, the service desk person insisted no one had scheduled me or even talked to me, scowling and literally staring me down in a way that really I arrived, the service desk person insisted no one had scheduled me or even talked to me, scowling and literally staring me down in a way that really creeped me out. (It much later turned out he was wrong of course). Days later, they treated me like I was sensationalizing some Toyota quality issue before I even handed the keys over. That truly gave me warm fuzzies. They then proceeded to drive it 18 miles for an issue that I clearly indicated could be felt while the vehicle was in park. I guess the drive to lunch was on me. I even mentioned some potential causality on the issue, which was met with derision and disinterest, until I later mentioned I was a former automotive engineer from Detroit. I think that's when they realized they lost a customer and did not bother to give me the Thompson Points they had offered me for my inconvenience. Having bought from there (the week prior) I can also say the sales department and price were really ok. I liked some of the sales folks. However, there were missing items listed on the sticker but not present in the delivered vehicle. More
