Toyota frame replacement Ashley was my service advisor and is top notch. Had the frame replaced in my Tacoma and was handled perfectly. Sharon greeted me as I pulled into the bay with a beautiful smile, she took my info and showed me to the waiting area. She keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle. Service above and beyond!! Curtis and his staff memebers at Thompson Toyota were great to my family and I. He arranged and confirmed a courtesy ride to and from my home, and all Curtis and his staff memebers at Thompson Toyota were great to my family and I. He arranged and confirmed a courtesy ride to and from my home, and allowed my vehicle to stay on the Thompson lot during my vacation that i had already planned before my vehicle issues. The Thompson team fixed and serviced my truck and it was ready for me when I returned from vacation. Truly above and beyond the daily duties of any dealership i had encountered before. Thanks again!! Great Experience I took my Hyundai Sonota to Thompson Toyota in Edgewood for its 30,000 mile service. I was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was imf I took my Hyundai Sonota to Thompson Toyota in Edgewood for its 30,000 mile service. I was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was imformative on routine maintenance and did not add any additional services to inflate the total cost like many other dealerships in the area. The price was more than fair and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend Thompson Toyota to anyone looking to buy/lease or service their car. More
