Whenever I have a problem or need, th I have used Thompson Toyota for several years for multiple Toyota cars for both service and collision work. Whenever I have a problem or need, they get me in right away in addition to quickly scheduling regular service. I have never returned for repeat work for the same problem. Aaron Younger, a service associate, helped me when I was a stranger in the area with a minor gas lid problem, immediately and without charge. As a woman, I did not want to be stranded in an unknown area and chose the first Toyota dealership I saw. Since that day to today, I have trusted Aaron Younger and Thompson Toyota with our multiple family vehicles and have never been disappointed with the care and service I have received. Aaron's care and expertise today again met that same high standard of care. More

The overall experience was pretty good. When I first got there i was greeted with a smile and the salesman was very friendly, personable and he made me feel right at home. He started conversation easily and was very easy to talk to. He was somewhat knowledgeable about the Toyota Tacoma. He didn't know the size of the gas tank on the Tacoma, mileage nor the horsepower or torque output of the truck which slightly disappointed me because i knew them off the top of my head and I don't sell them for a living.He didn't know the the towing capacity or the hauling capacity either. He did however have extensive knowledge of the interior of the truck, knew how to work every knob in the truck. Once we started doing paperwork on the truck another customer of his came in. Once he saw them an knew i was buying the truck he seemed to put me on the back burner. I was slightly disappointed by this because up until then i was having the best dealer experience I had ever had. At that point I was standing by myself waiting for my paperwork to be completed while he was selling another car. More
Ron Filling and i have been frends and neighbors for over 20 yrs. i knew matt fron the time he was born and lived across the street for me. for the past 20 yrs i have bought cars fron Ron. i hnew when i call 20 yrs. i knew matt fron the time he was born and lived across the street for me. for the past 20 yrs i have bought cars fron Ron. i hnew when i call him and stated that i was looking for a car he would alwasy give me the greatest deal. there was no going back & forth with him when he gave me a price i knew it was the best deal i could get. Matt is following in his fathers foot steps with pleasing the customer and always getting the best deal for them without trying to presure you into something you do not want. over thye past 20 years i have been refuring people to Ron and now i'll continue to do the same for Matt. i know that they would take care of the people i send them and i also know those people will be very greatfull for dealing with them. Aaron Younger in the service department was a pleasure to work with and most importantly he saved me time and money. They diagnosed my vehicle's electrical problem when no other shop could. The service department was... **simply atrocious.** When I arrived, the service desk person insisted no one had scheduled me or even talked to me, scowling and literally staring me down in a way that really I arrived, the service desk person insisted no one had scheduled me or even talked to me, scowling and literally staring me down in a way that really creeped me out. (It much later turned out he was wrong of course). Days later, they treated me like I was sensationalizing some Toyota quality issue before I even handed the keys over. That truly gave me warm fuzzies. They then proceeded to drive it 18 miles for an issue that I clearly indicated could be felt while the vehicle was in park. I guess the drive to lunch was on me. I even mentioned some potential causality on the issue, which was met with derision and disinterest, until I later mentioned I was a former automotive engineer from Detroit. I think that's when they realized they lost a customer and did not bother to give me the Thompson Points they had offered me for my inconvenience. Having bought from there (the week prior) I can also say the sales department and price were really ok. I liked some of the sales folks. However, there were missing items listed on the sticker but not present in the delivered vehicle. More
