Jon Reiner was very helpful and very knowledgeable in the selection of my Toyota Highlander. He established a most friendly attitude in our negotiation. I was very pleased with the whole new car buying experience. For one, since the exact Tacoma model I was seeking was not available on the lot, Jon, did some extensive research in order to locate an experience. The dealership with my truck was over 100 miles away and to my surprise the truck was ready for paperwork the next morning. I had visioned a much longer wait time. I did trade in my 2007 Tundra and Thompson was very fair with pricing and not only with my trade in, but with my new 2012 Tacoma. I typically anticipate a stressful haggling experience whenever I negotiate car deals, but the who;e experience with Thompson puts me at ease.
