I have owned Toyotas for 22 years. This was a no hassle, not pushy with the add ons and warranties dealership. I have dealt with HUGE dealerships in the past and this by far was the most pleasant truck buyi not pushy with the add ons and warranties dealership. I was not talked down to like other dealerships sometimes have done to me because I am a lady with a truck... Thanks Steve, Chris and the Thompson family for a very positive experience! I will be back for all my scheduled service there and when it's time after another 11 years for another Toyota, I will definitely come back to Thompson! More
After reading about the 2012 Camry Hybrid in Consumer Reports, I went to a different Toyota dealership. I was told that the Consumer Reports "Build And Buy" program didn't give the dealership "enough pr Reports, I went to a different Toyota dealership. I was told that the Consumer Reports "Build And Buy" program didn't give the dealership "enough profit." Thompson was very different. Not only did Manny Reyes honor the price, he worked hard, over several weeks, to find the car with the features I wanted and in the color I wanted. The latter was the hardest! He made at least eight phone calls to update me on the progress of his search for the color I wanted. He was always cheerful and optimistic. And when we met, he made purchasing a new car a GOOD experience! Manny went the extra mile. He even e-mailed me the photos taken for PR, so that I may use them in a sermon on the experience of buying a new car. Thanks to Manny Reyes and Chris Edwards, it will be an uplifting sermon! In my experience, Thompson valued relationship building as an integral part of its business. I'm grateful. More

Thompson Toyota has reaffirmed my faith in honest. caring, trustworthy car dealers! We just bought our first Toyota and Kevin Walker handled our sale like a true professional. We used USAA to obtain a price quote and got a great trade offer on a car we didn't plan to trade because we assumed we'd never get anything close to what we hoped to sell it privately for. Thompson proved us wrong. We bought a Prius, and there were no games played on the price as I had heard from other dealers. My quoted price was good until we sold our car. They even let us take our new car home even though we had forgotten to bring the title to the old one with us. We drove it to them the next day, even though they said mailing it would be fine. What more could you ask of a car dealer? When we got to the dealership to pick up the new car, there was NO pressure to buy expensive add-ons or extended warranties. We plan to keep this car a good many years, but rest assured we'll go right back to Thompson for the next one! More

I, also, think their service department is excellent. Tom Wonderer, the service manager, is very attentive to your needs. I really feel that he has the customers best interests at heart. Way to go, Thompson's!! More

Great group of folks to work with. I found their Sequoia on the web and called them in the AM. They held it as I flew from KY to DC. Worked with Tom McGeachy directly. I was assigned Jon Reiner out of default and he nosed his way into my conversation with Tom. When I returned from my test drive I removed Jon from the deal due to the fact that when I went to get my loan at my bank I heard what a bad experience that a prior customer had with Jon Reiner. I had talked to Jon in a prior visit to Thompson looking at a car and my wife, Karen Platt thought Jon is very pushy and not pleasant to work with. Your are losing current and future purchases because of his interactions with others. I have been a customer for more than 25 years and have purchased 4 cars in the last 2 years, Jon is the worst sales person that I have dealt with in that time. Once Jon was removed from the process, everything was great. More
