Steve is one in a hundred car salesmen that is exudes love of job and keen knowledge of same. His performance merely through word of mouth should contribute greatly to expand your clientele. In all my years I have never had a car salesman, after a sales was consummated, offer his personal time 24/7 with a cell phone to back his offer. Because of his tenacity he was able to locate and acquire our desired color and all options of the Avalon Limited. This was all accomplished in record time. Although the dealership did not have the specific color/model of vehicle I wanted, the salesman, Manny Reyes, was able to locate and o been through.
