DJ was really nice and friendly yet always professional which actually made me go back and buy a brand new Toyota Sienna 2013 this year due to a new addition in my family. A little important note about this dealership is that they care for their customers because whenever I saw DJ after buying my first car she approached me and asked me how my daughter was and how is the family. I was late for my appointment by two hours but DJ over stayed waiting for me for at least two hours. – Sorry DJ. Chad and Matt also had to stay back I remember and I really appreciate you guys. I would recommend any one MS Deejay Johnson at Thompson’s Toyota as she has helped us a lot in making sure i was choosing the right vehicle. Recently, my 2005 Toyota Corolla was rear-ended in a parking lot. Though the vehicle was not assessed as a total loss, damage to the vehicle was extensive and I didn’t feel comfortable driving it any l parking lot. I was very pleased with the Toyota Corolla so I figured I would purchase the vehicle again. While the 2005 Corolla was being repaired at the Thompson Collision Center, I began a correspondence with Matt Filling. I had always done business with Thompson’s service department (Bill Cole, Brandon Scott and Mike Kimmel) and was pleased with the work so approaching someone in the sales department was comfortable and familiar. Matt Filling impressed me by giving me an honest and fair trade-in value (considering diminished value due to the accident) in writing (email) while the 2005 Corolla was still being repaired. Matt also matched the Jerry’s Toyota price on a 2013 Corolla LE (lowest in the area) enabling me to purchase before my trade-in was fully repaired. I came in on a Saturday and had an excellent experience with “Texas” Greg Ott during the test drive and paperwork processing. I was able to ditch my rental car, trade in my ’05 Corolla and drive away in a new 2013 Toyota Corolla. I would certainly recommend Thompson’s Toyota and will continue to do business with them. More

I ended up at Thompson Toyota after being thoroughly annoyed by my local dealer (in Pennsylvania). My local dealer was unwilling to make any effort to negotiate a reasonable deal on my trade-in for a n annoyed by my local dealer (in Pennsylvania). I called Thompson, and they gave me the deal I was looking for right over the phone. I did all the negotiating/sale through Tom McGeachy, who was extremely friendly, responsive, and living on the modern world (he scanned and texted to me the new vehicle's sticker so I could verify the options, rather than faxing it). Tom was able to locate the vehicle I wanted and get it to their lot within a couple of days. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car, I worked with Kevin Walker. He was fantastic - friendly, efficient, and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes - amazing! Next time I buy a Toyota, I will again make the 2-hr drive to Thompson.
