I have always received excellent customer service from MS DEEJAY Johnson my sales consultant. She is always nice, answer all my questions, Professional yet understanding and friendly. She always guided me with right advices, choices and options. Great thing is I never felt pressured to buy anything for the sake of just buying a car or where they don’t make false promises and end up feeling like I was getting ripped off. I got little more than what I paid for and I am currently enjoying this thought. MS Deejay was always courteous, listen to my needs, state the expected cost according to our car needs, escort me to my vehicle and welcome questions no matter when I call or come to this dealership. One of the other things I was impressed with was the team work that I saw MS Deejay’s communication with Mr. Matt Filing Sales Manager back and forth making sure the vehicle matches my family requirements. I noticed yesterday while MS Deejay answering all my questions and in fact we were filling up the paper work Mr. Matt Filling Sales Manager was working my numbers with Deejay for used car and they decided to offer me a great deal for the same price and I ended up buying myself a GRAND new 2013 Toyota Corolla at 0% instead of a used Toyota with 13K miles. I would recommend MS Deejay Johnson any time as she really does her homework once she finds out what you are looking for as a package for your family safety. Also just walk in and discuss with her if you need a certain type of a vehicle and I am sure she will be more than happy to take you for a test drive unlike once I went to Jerry’s Toyota and I was sitting with my wife waiting for sales consultant to show us cars for at least 20 minutes until the sales lady finishes conversation with her colleague. If I am paying for the vehicle then off course I want someone who cares about my needs and understands my requirements. In the end even you don’t buy the car at least you will not walk out of a guilt trip of wasting time in fact you will learn something new about Toyota from MS DJ.
