I was on the verge of purchasing a car from Jones Toyota, but just had a gut feeling they weren't the dealer I should buy from. YELP ratings (Jones had very poor ratings on the sales, management and especially service personnel) confirmed my gut feeling. I found DeeJay through a web search of top sales people at Thompson Toyota. Thompson should be very careful to hold on to this representative! SHE IS A GEM! I trade cars every 3 years. Because of DeeJay I will return to Thompson! GIVE HER A RAISE OR BONUS, SHE DESERVES IT!! I called DeeJay and told her I wanted a new, 2014, Camry and told her my specs. I also told her I had a trade in and the amount I would accept for it. I advised her I was on my way from Bel Air. As I parked my car DeeJay was at my door, opening it for me, and greeting me as if I were to only customer in the world! She was genuine, pleasant, and cordial. You would have thought I was a family member. I have to admit to not having a high opinion of car sales personnel. DeeJay IS THE EXCEPTION. She has an exceptional personality, IS NOT, AND NEVER WAS, "PUSHY or overbearing. She had a car with my specs ready and we immediately went for a test drive while my trade in was being evaluated. We wound up going on three test drives as I was also interested in the Avalon. Her patience and vehicle knowledge is amazing. My choice made, DeeJay quickly worked with the Sales Manager to obtain the trade in value I needed, pricing of the Camry, and monthly payment that I needed. I drove off the lot with my new Camry, totally satisfied. That was on Thursday. I stopped by on Saturday morning for a minor gear shift question. DeeJay greeted me immediately and had the Service Manager there with her. Within five minutes (I do not exaggerate!) he solved the issue. On my way out I asked DeeJay about the pricing of adding a spoiler to my Camry. She said she would check it out and call me. That was at 10am. I got home at 7pm that night to find a message from her - timed at 10:25am - giving me the pricing on the spoiler...which I am going to purchase. SPECTACULAR customer service. More

Finally going to the dealership for the test drive, the atmosphere was not what I expected. The entire time was very relaxed and we were actually cracking jokes and laughing, even right when the dealership opened at 9am. Deejay knew everything about the car and how to make the deal go through. Even though I was on a major time crunch, She was able to get me through the entire process in no time flat. I think I was on the lot for a total of 90 mins. Deejay is a extremely customer oriented and knew exactly how to cut the tension. My opinion, Deejay is one of the BEST. Hands down, would recommend Thompson Toyota. If anyone reading this review is planning on going there, ask for Deejay Johnson. Thanks to her, I drove off the lot in my brand new 2014 Corolla. More

I had not planned to purchase a new automobile at the time, but because of DeeJay's awesome personality, profe Johnson was the sales representative. Fast forward a year later and I was back at Thompson Toyota with DeeJay Johnson purchasing a 2013 auto. I only dealth with DeeJay because of the positive experience I received last year. She was able to get my paperwork started so the purchasing process would not be long and tedious. She was very encouraging in giving me reasons why a SUV would be beneficial for my lifestyle. My experience at Thompson Toyota was almost everything I would expect from a great dealership. Greg was very friendly and knowledgable about all questions asked.
