Finally going to the dealership for the test drive, the atmosphere was not what I expected. The entire time was very relaxed and we were actually cracking jokes and laughing, even right when the dealership opened at 9am. Deejay knew everything about the car and how to make the deal go through. Even though I was on a major time crunch, She was able to get me through the entire process in no time flat. I think I was on the lot for a total of 90 mins. Deejay is a extremely customer oriented and knew exactly how to cut the tension. My opinion, Deejay is one of the BEST. Hands down, would recommend Thompson Toyota. If anyone reading this review is planning on going there, ask for Deejay Johnson. Thanks to her, I drove off the lot in my brand new 2014 Corolla. More

I purchased a Toyota in 2012 from Thompson Toyota. DeeJay Johnson was the sales representative. I had not planned to purchase a new automobile at the time, but because of DeeJay's awesome personality, profe Johnson was the sales representative. Fast forward a year later and I was back at Thompson Toyota with DeeJay Johnson purchasing a 2013 auto. I only dealth with DeeJay because of the positive experience I received last year. I belive that when it is time to purchase another auto, I will be back to see DeeJay Johnson. She is truly customer oriented and wants to meet the customer's needs. DeeJay is great!!!! More

I would recommend Thompson Toyota, Edgewood, MD because it has such a family type atmosphere. She was able to get my paperwork started so the purchasing process would not be long and tedious. She was very encouraging in giving me reasons why a SUV would be beneficial for my lifestyle. My experience at Thompson Toyota was almost everything I would expect from a great dealership. Greg was very friendly and knowledgable about all questions asked.
