Great buying experience I was a little skeptical about this dealership at first. I contacted AJ the Internet sales manager via text for several weeks. I finally stopped int I was a little skeptical about this dealership at first. I contacted AJ the Internet sales manager via text for several weeks. I finally stopped into the dealership and boy was I surprised by the greeting I received. AJ, was very friendly and went straight to the numbers with the vehicle choices that I had in mind. George, my Sales Consultant help me to make a good decision on which model I wanted! Then Marcello the General Sales Manager stepped in and gave me a deal that we can both live with. In the end the whole team at Wes Greenway's from the used car appraiser to the owner were great! More

I've been trying to get a good deal on a 2017 VW Touareg Wolfsburg Edition, but they keep insisting on calling me, when I've explicitly told them I only negotiate through email for documentation purposes to compare with other dealerships. Because of this and their haggling of wanting to call rather than email, their salespeople are either illiterate or ignorant and when you email them--Pfft! Forget about it. I don't even think they know how to lift a finger to even acknowledge a person, which makes them the rudest dealership in Maryland, and they want to treat somebody like me who has bought 3 VW's from them. Trust me, it won't happen again. More

Service is excellent, prices are unbeatable best around and if they aren't George will definetly find a way to get it done overall I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience been to a few different places but Waldorf Subaru definetly nailed it for me. Service didn't complete all tasks I brought my 2016 GTI in on 19 September, 2016 for its 10,000 service. I made the appointment online on the 18th and specified and I quote, "10,000 M I brought my 2016 GTI in on 19 September, 2016 for its 10,000 service. I made the appointment online on the 18th and specified and I quote, "10,000 Mile Service". I arrived at the dealership early for a 2:30pm appointment and they took it in almost as soon as I got there. I was thinking, "This is going to be good service". I thought too soon. When I got home, I looked over the invoice. The service writer put in Service Xpress? This was not a Service Xpress. I made an appointment for a specified service and wasn't completed. Tires weren't rotated, and fluids weren't topped off because my windshield washer reservoir wasn't full. Never again will this dealership get my business. You want good service? Go to Pohanka VW in Capitol Heights. That dealership is much larger, cleaner, and not cluttered like Waldorf VW and their staff is remarkable and customer oriented. Pohanka VW has that typical European Dealership appearance. More
