Deceptive and Dishonest This place is everything bad you've heard about car salesmen and the car buying experience -- they were incredibly dishonest and deceptive. Their prices contain UNDISCLOSED rebates (something which is now illegal in VA due to its extremely deceptive nature), which they only told me after confirming the online price that didnt include the rebates. Then when I agreed to a final price (after the initial price increase from rebates added back in), they had me sign a price sheet and 20 minutes later be told they couldn't approve the deal. I left the dealership and they called me a few hours later to offer a lower price that was acceptable. I asked if it was the "all in" "out the door" price that included everything. They confirmed it was, so I drove the hour back to the dealership, only to learn that the new price was actually AFTER a $3,000 down payment, so they had actually offered me a worse price than what I walked away from the first time. Upon reporting my experience to their GM, he called me and agreed that my experience there was not acceptable and asked me to give them a chance to see "if they could do anything to fix my experience" -- I agreed, he said he would call back shortly, and a week later, I still haven't heard back. I ended up going to Sheehy in Springfield where I got fast, honest, and friendly service, and I ended up buying a car there. More

The notice said get this done asap because passengers could be in danger sitting in the front passenger seat. I went into the service center two weeks ago, made the appointment (which was for today) showed the clerk the recall notice. I show up this morning and they tell me "oh we do not have those parts in yet" I Told him I had an appointment and wouldn't a phone call be in order informing me the part had not come in. I scheduled a day off from work to get this done. This was a huge inconvenience for me. I will not go back there and will be telling all my friends that own Subarus or are thinking of purchasing to not do it there. This kind of service is unacceptable. A simple phone call would have solved the problem.. The person who made the appointment should have known they did not have the parts yet. More

George Constantino helped me out I just bought a new Forester here via the Costco program and it was the most hassle-free car buying experience ever. George Constantino helped me out the entire way. He was very communicative throughout the entire process of ordering the car and waiting a few weeks for it to arrive at the dealership from Japan. George was always available to us to answer any questions and made sure all of our needs were met. Once I picked up the new car he spent time with us making sure we were brought up to speed with all of the new features of the car and, again, answered any random questions we might have. If I had to do it again, I would do it all the same way and hopefully be lucky enough to have the same salesman! More
