Tischer worked on the WRONG sliding door. So after a month of waiting for the van it had to be taken back and we had to wait ANOTHER month. A year later one of the doors broke again. We repeated the process of Carmax and then to Tischer. They ordered the wrong motor and had to wait for another. Another month of driving a rental. A few months later the other motor on the other side broke again. Back to the service center. Another rental. Then one day we were out driving and hit a bump. I look out my right rear view window to see the panel that covers the door guide hanging off the body of the van. When I got home I looked at the clips they used to hold the panel on and they were the wrong size. I called immediately and left a message telling them to come to me to fix it (45 minute drive). Never heard back. Called multiple times. Never heard back. Then another day the other side fell off. So now our van is missing two panels and it looks awful. Thanks a lot Tischer. More

We spoke with him the night before and the on phone customer service was good. He discovered what we were looking for through our online search through our car buying services and had the vehicle we wanted waiting for us, the exact make, color, and accessories that we requested. We were very pleased with the in-house customer service and details. Mr. Lobe's team, finance, managers, repair staff, and accessory store staff were all great to meet and interact with. More

The general manager, Mr. Lee Ray is such a great person and took good care of me in a very friendly and professional way, we made the deal simply by a few emails on line and as he told me there are “NO GAMES NO GIMMICKS”, and that is exactly how he treated me and he is honest and upfront from the beginning to the end. They did not have the color I want first, but Lee told me he can find it for me from close by, and 2 hours later when I called him, he said the car I want was already sitting in their lot! So my wife and I drove to the dealership after work, and Lee Ray welcomed us at the front door and introduced us to his sales consultant Joe Goyena, who is also very nice and professional, he walked us around and inside the car first and helped us finish some paper work, in the meanwhile he also showed us their service department and explained the maintenance schedule of the car. At last their financing guy Rob worked with us to finish signing the contract and other documents, also in a very fast and friendly way, no pressure or forcing to buy any additional stuff at all! We were literally in and out in less than 1.5 hours, and I can never imagine to have such a pleasant experience with any dealership until I bought this car from Tischer Nissan…..I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will return for my next car too! Thank you again Lee, Joe, Rob and Tischer Nissan!-------Nan More
Tischer employs BULLYS I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ted, Brian and George. Tischer employees are BULLYs. I do not know which one was the worst. Tischer must use Ted I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ted, Brian and George. Tischer employees are BULLYs. I do not know which one was the worst. Tischer must use Ted as the salesperson who can trick anyone. I did my research and knew which car I wanted and how much I could afford. Ted, George and Brian were determined that I was going to buy a 2015. (3 grown men tried to BULLY me into buying a 2015)I stood my ground. I did not allow them to run me away to another dealer. I bought the car that I wanted. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TISCHER TO ANYONE. BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I REFUSE TO USE NISSAN FOR FINANCING. THEY ARE CROOKS. They treated me so badly, that I have been waiting for an evaluation form from Nissan. I have not received one. Everyone sends you an e-mail asking how your experience was. They are afraid to send me one. I am still waiting for it. More

He was very patient and has a good heart. Definitely helped me in every way possible and especially looked out for my bests interests. I wouldn't label him as a typical salesman. He is more of an honest hard working man. Very professional. Very friendly. Couldn't have bought a car off a better person! More

Young female misled by questionable sales practice Bait & Switch – Why dealerships get bad reps! As a young female, I can’t stop cringing at the horrible buying experience at Tischer Nissan in Laure Bait & Switch – Why dealerships get bad reps! As a young female, I can’t stop cringing at the horrible buying experience at Tischer Nissan in Laurel. Nothing is worse than being LIED to about the “out the door price”, the dealer trying to TRICK you into financing with them, AND an arrogant sales manager that tells you that you are not worth his time. I know many of these reviews are people complaining because they can’t afford the car of their dreams – that isn’t me. I could pay cash for a much more luxury brand of car, but I didn’t want anything too flashy – I digress. Regardless, I sent several months searching for the car I wanted and when I was ready to write a check, I had a very specific conversation with the sales rep – Ted – about the car he was going to sell me. I reiterated multiple times each of the specs of the vehicle to confirm that I was getting the exact car I wanted and there would be “no surprises”. I reminded him several times I would be paying cash and he said it wouldn’t be a problem. He assured me of my out the door price which was almost $1,000 less than the quotes I was getting at other dealerships. I was suspicious at the price discrepancy, but he confirmed with me in WRITING that I was getting everything I wanted for the price that made me want to jump up and down – and not a penny more. To be safe, I reached out to his Sales Manager, Leroy, to confirm the “Out the Door Price” that I was quoted was for a cash purchase for the 2015 Nissan Rouge SL AWD. I specifically remember telling Leroy and Ted that I refused to finance with Nissan and was assured by both of them that it wouldn’t be necessary because I was bringing a check. Both ‘gentleman’ confirmed 100% that there wasn’t anything funny, that they would bring the car I wanted from another dealer and I would leave extremely happy. The next day, on my way to the dealer, I called again to confirm everything and specifically asked about the “out the door price” and asked if there would be any surprises. Answer – “of course not, you will be so happy, we promise, no matter what and you will not pay a penny more than what we quoted you.” So I get to the dealership and sure enough, it wasn’t pretty. First the sales person kept trying to get me to fill out a credit application – which I refused. He kept saying it was because he needed the spelling of my name. When I questioned why it said Nissan Motor Corporation Financing Credit Application, he responded by saying he could not sell me the car without having his finance guy run my credit and review financing options through Nissan. He then pulled out a piece of paper and tried to sell me 0% for 36 months. I said to him again that I am paying CASH, that I have a check and reminded him of the several times we discussed this. He wouldn’t listen and I observed him roll his eyes. Then came the “OOOPS, Diane, we made a mistake, the ‘Out the Door Price’ is going to be higher.” When I insisted on speaking to the manager who confirmed that my “Out the Door Price” was not contingent on financing, the arrogant jerk, didn’t even apologize. He said, “oh well, you have a choice, take the car or walk away.” When I insisted that this was incorrect he said he didn’t care. When I asked about accountability for the fact that I was lied to, he said “there is none, now make a choice.” I told him he was misleading and how that is unethical, he again shrugged his shoulders and said I could leave. Of course I walked away. It was about the $500 price increase, it was the principle. Perhaps if he had better people skills, I would have still purchased, but no. I was misled and treated poorly. Mistakes happen, but apologizes and accountability should follow – not telling a customer they can leave. I feel like I was misled and a bait and switch sales practice was used to get me in the door so they could make a few extra dollars. Disgusting – this is the exact reason why dealers get a bad name. On a more positive note, I left the dealership, went to the dealer down the street, and bought another 2015 Nissan Rouge SL, only this time with the premium package will all the extras. The dealer down the street made a heck of a lot more money off me, because they seemed to ‘care’ and knew how to be HONEST. More
