My husband's car had a recall, so I made an appointment, took off work, and took the car in for service on the recall. AN HOUR LATER, they come out and tell me they don't have the part and they'll call me when it comes in. OH REALLY?? Well they never even called. A YEAR later, I made another appointment to take the car in. At least this time they were able to service it! I bought a new car there this summer. I did a trade in, and I sat around, while my child was at the babysitter, trying to get my car appraised while the manager chatted with his buddies. Finally I had to simply leave because I had to pick my child up. It would be one thing if they were too busy, but they were just too LAZY to do my appraisal. Trying to get tags and title has been a complete debacle. Long story short, I am driving around on expired tags right now while my tags float around somewhere with UPS and no one can tell me where they were. IF my tags had even been processed in a timely manner, they wouldn't have had to send them to me in the first place. And when I call, they just do this buck-passing game and no one can actually help me. Stay far, far away from this dealership. Awful. More
Well first off I bought a car from a dealer up north used. A few moths later the transmission started slipping I was not worried because the car was still under factory warranty. I took it here and they had my car two weeks I never once recieved an update from Troy I called about every two days because I did not think it would take this long to fix. I finally got the car back and within 10 miles the transmission started doing the same thing. My car had 1/4 tank of gas and when i got it back it was empty I am surprised I mad it home which was only 5 miles away. I would tell anyone to stay away because for certified mechanics they really have no clue, it seems, on how to repair a transmission, or at least ensure the repair was done right. More
My vehicle was doing some strange things and I took it to this dealership on several occasions only for the problem not to be fixed. Was told nothing was found after waiting around for over 5 hours each time this dealership on several occasions only for the problem not to be fixed. Was told nothing was found after waiting around for over 5 hours each time. I have been to places and I know how long it takes to run a diagnostics on a vehicle and it's surely NOT THAT LONG. Especially when you have an appointment. After going over the issue with the service tech the problems I was encountering, he finally decided to do something other than run a diagnotics. The work that he did still did not fix the problem.Apparently the ASE Certified technicians are not certified in electrical issues because if they were then they would have been able to diagnose the problem as being a floating grounding issue. It appears that only a few of them have customer service skills and the other ones simply act as if you're being a pest. Who wants to hear someone tell them "well, ma'am, I don't know what to tell you" when it comes to your vehicle? I am NEVER going to that dealership ever again. Not even to purchase a new car. The salespeople suck too!!! If it's not an easy sale, they don't want to even deal with you but will tell you to send them some customers. HA!! What a joke!!! More
First off If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I Purchased a 2011 Tahoe LT (at a different location and moved here in december) I am completely appalled by this dealership! This has been my second t Purchased a 2011 Tahoe LT (at a different location and moved here in december) I am completely appalled by this dealership! This has been my second time coming here and both times were horrible. The service department has NO customer service. The first time I came here was in March for my first oil change. I made an appointment and came to my appointment time 15 mins early. I was told that it would be about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. It took over THREE hours. I was not given any updates on the vehicle. When I would inquire about it to the service department all Roland would say was they are in the process of doing it. Finally after TWO hours I called for a ride and when I asked if they could call me when it was finished they just blew me off. I came back an hour and 15 mins later still after no phone call and my vehicle was STILL NOT DONE! There is no way that it should take THREE hours with an appointment. Then on the 30th of April I was working with Jay I told him I had low pressure in my front right tire (as my vehicle told me.) I went to the service department where I asked if they could see what the problem was for me whether it was a nail or just losing air. I was standing in the service area for over 45 mins before a lady asked me if I needed help. I told them I was waiting to see what was wrong with my tire. Then claimed she went to get a status for me; was gone for 10 mins and when she returned she did not even acknowledge me. In this time period I was talking to another customer about his experience and he stated he was there for 5 hours and still not received his oil change. About an hour and 15 mins later they told me my truck was done. They had patched a hole where a nail was. During this time Jay did not acknowledge me or say more than 15 words to me my entire experience. This infuriated me! There was something wrong with my tire and the service department did not even consult me on what I wanted to do. They just went ahead and did a patch job and returned my vehicle to me. I DID NOT WANT A PATCH JOB. I WANTED A NEW TIRE. Also it was not my front right tire as my vehicle stated it was my back left tire. I was told the reason why my vehicle misread the tire was because when I had my tires in March rotated the service department did not calibrate the swapped tires to the new areas. This is by far the worst service department I have EVER encountered. Everyone was rude and had an attitude. You would think that if you by a brand new vehicle for over $45000 thousand dollars you would be treated at the very least with a little respect. I was never apologized either time for anything. I would NOT EVER recommend anyone to this dealership for ANYTHING. I would actually go out of my way to tell people how awful it is here. I feel bad for the owner of this dealership that he has people working at his facility with such low standards. More

Was informed by some unknown repair rep, just take it home, it's smoking and they are only going to tell you that you need an engine and that since it couldn't stay started, they would be able to do a computerized diagnostic on it. my daughter spilled oil on the manifold, it needed to burn off. so he offered to help push it into a parking space and call a tow truck, they came to the car and while i was on the phone explaining the problem to someone, they just walked away and let us standing there. a salesperson came to our recue and was then assisted by Troy, i told if a computerized diagnostic could not be done, then manually check the call to find the problem, got a call the next day informing me that i needed a new igintion $684.98-paid, work done. picked up the car on 2/16 and two miles away, the same problem again, got the car towed back. the next day i was informed that something else was wrong???? i thought i just got it fixed, no, now after a second diagnostic, the fuel pump must be changed $1507.00. are you kidding me. Retrieved my vechicle after paying an additional $128.85. Took car to my mechanic who will fix it for $450.00. More

Concerns with this dealer: 1) Unfriendly and rude to military members - acted as if an inconvenience when using USAA. Military members STAY AWAY!! 2) VERY unprofessional. Salesmen disappear for no reason and are impossible to find. 3) Because of our situation, we had to drive an hour and a half to purchase this new Tahoe. The detailing of the vehicle was certainly someone one would expect for a new vehicle being picked up (ex. large ink stains on driver's seat - when pointed out to the salesman his response "Oh, guess we didn't see that." Black marks on ceiling and seats; dirt in wheel wells; dirty water marks on side. 4) There were deep scratches on rear bumper (down to the black) on several places. When pointed out, the salesman said "get some touch-up paint and it will be OK." 5) My wife was hung up on twice after the purchase. They do not want to help in any form after purchase. 6) Not the service in any shape or form that one would expect from Chevrolet. The only reason we purchased from them was the deal through USAA. Definitely not again. Rest assured that all military friends/family will hear of this... More

Irene called me everyday to let me know the status of the loan and I was so nervous so it made me feel like it really wasn't me it was normal to take some time to get financed because of my age. Demont worked really hard contacting different banks and put a lot of time and effort into getting me financed. The best part of all is that my mom warned me that I would be in the dealership for a while with all the paperwork but Irene and Demont had me provide all the information before my appointment and they were able to have most of the paperwork completed before I even got there. I was surprised that I was only there for half hour. ALL the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend my friends to work with Irene and Demont for their car needs. More

Work is incomplete in time specified; work is incorrect; follow-up calls returned late or not at all;excuses are plenty. We have been going to this dealer for service since 09. Some of the highlights of the follow-up calls returned late or not at all;excuses are plenty. We have been going to this dealer for service since 09. Some of the highlights of the last year: (1) our vehicle was left unlocked over the weekend (walked up to it on a Sunday and just opened the door) (2) rotation and balance performed but the tire pressure not manually checked (caught a flat the next day, and B.J's service tech told me I shouldn't use third party stem caps - like the one I had stripped out before taking it to Oursman the day before for R&B!) (3) This week, went in to have a REAR Radio knob replaced; they replaced the FRONT radio panel! (at the time of this writing - still no relevant update on the correct repair)! While warranty repairs, the time spent chasing these "dog's" is not worth the money (time)! More
