I took it to Ourisman when this happened recently because my hometown dealership could not resolve the issue and I work in Rockville. The mechanic drove the car with me until we heard the sound, which was great. He discovered the problem in a few hours, which turned out to be a mess up by my dealership (loose subframe bolts), he was very thorough. Perdita, the woman who checked me in and stayed in contact was wonderful. Great customer service by her. Mechanic (Mahin) was a nice guy, very good. Overall a positive experience. You have a new customer. More

Allan took the time to explain the diagnosis and provided feedback on my vehicle needs but without being too pushy or aggressive about it. The work was completed ahead of schedule and Allan took the time to show me the dirty filter parts and why is was important to have a clean one. This is the 2nd time I have been to the Rockville Ourisman and both times my service expectations were exceeded. The team there values the customer and one is treated with respect which is different than the experience I have had at other places. I have taken my Mazda and my husband's VW here and will definitely continue to do so! More

He even found me some coupons and saw that I had enough service points to bring the costs down a bit. I always feel taken care of at Ourisman and still bring my car there after 5 years. More

Please know Ourisman met or exceeded my expectations while there. I was treated as a Valued Customer, you returned my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time and I felt I received a good value for the service (FREE first service). John Akers is efficient and polite and I will remember his professional work ethic. His co-workers were busily assisting other customers. I was able to say a quick hello to my salesman Jay Glazer on my way out to remind him of my great car choice! All in all I regard Ourisman Mazda of Rockville as a busy, cheerfully productive dealership. More

5-Star Servie Center I visited Ourisman Mazda for service on November 5. We were greeted by Allen, our service Advisor the moment we put our foot on the ground. He asked I visited Ourisman Mazda for service on November 5. We were greeted by Allen, our service Advisor the moment we put our foot on the ground. He asked us what he could do for us, if we had an appointment (we didn't). He guided us into the service department where he wrote up our service ticket all the while being pleasant, jovial, and very professional. He took us back to the waiting room and offered us coffee and a donut. He came back in 2 additional times just to let us know the progress and to be sure we were ok. I will continue to return to Ourisman Mazda for my service needs because of the treatment that was provided by 5-star Allen! More
