I called mark the service manager for a price on a drive shaft for a 06 touareg and never got a phone call or email.I had this car reprogrammed for a check engine light for$300.00 ,and the following week shaft for a 06 touareg and never got a phone call or email.I had this car reprogrammed for a check engine light for$300.00 ,and the following week it broke down after receiving a clean billof health.$1,200.00 brake job, $600.00 sunroof leak that still leaks . I took my car there for a routine maintenance as well as some additional work. After paying a $1800 bill and getting the car I realized that they have damaged an interior part of the car in the process and some additional work. BTW: the car has 70k miles on it and it 5 years old. I not only will not take my car there any more I will not even remotly suggest this place to anyone else. More
On June 19, 2011, I left my 2002 Jetta at Congressional On June 19, 2011, I left my 2002 Jetta at Congressional to repair a problem which caused my transmission to stay in first gear for the first 10 minut On June 19, 2011, I left my 2002 Jetta at Congressional to repair a problem which caused my transmission to stay in first gear for the first 10 minutes of operation. "Jose" @ Congressional called to say that the Jetta needed a new ECP unit, and while he was going to be doing repairs, it was a good idea to replace the timing belt, water pump. Jose indicated that these repairs would cost about $2,000. On Thursday, June 23rd, I was told the repairs had been completed. I attempted to pickup my Jetta on June 25th, after paying $2000 for the repair. However, as soon as I began moving it was obvious that the transmission was still unable to shift out of first gear. I return the car to Congressional service department, where no-one knew why they had just billed me for $2,000 in needless/useless repairs. It is apparent that Congressional Service Department is both greedy for pushing unsuspecting customers into repairs which are not needed and incompetent is that they do not bother to check if the cars they release are in fact repaired. As of this writing, my Jetta continues to be in the Congressional shop. Congressional has not given me any idea of when the repair might be completed nor have they offered my a loaner vehicle during the extended time period that is taking to repair my vehicle. More
I took in my vehicle for service and my experience could not have been worse. When they initially returned my car the interior trim was not installed correctly (loose) and the air conditioner vents did not not have been worse. Following the needed repairs I had to take in my vehicle a total of three times to have items fixed that were not correctly installed during the initial repairs. I've never seen worse quality workmanship than with my experience at this dealer. To make matters worse they seemed only mildly apologetic. If I had done the same quality work for a customer of mine I would be ashamed and embarrassed. More

I had a very good experience with service to my Cadillac after an accident. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my initial contact with Congressional Motors, I arrived and was met by John Mc after an accident. John recommended that I shouldn't drive my car and made arrangements for a rental car. John kept me informed of the repair work being done to my car and when I came to pick it up, it was as beauful as ever. John was professional and has a great, positive attitude and customer service. I have used Congressional Mazda to buy my vehicle, as well as for body work and service. I honestly find the service work to be a little pricey, but I love the people at the dealership and always feel ve well as for body work and service. When my car was hit, I took it right up to Congressional and John in the body shop was amazing from the first minute. Another time, I brought my car in to be repaired under warranty and Jose in the service department was faced with a bit of an issue when the part was not delivered as it was supposed to be. He called me immediately and we worked out the issue, utilizing their convenient shuttle service to get me to and from Metro to make sure I could get to work. Jose was incredibly nice throughout the experience, even when I got a little angry because of the change in service date. He worked out everything and I drove away happy the next day. I love Congressional Mazda!!!! More
